I have had a phobia of balloons for all of my life (my Mom used to say that she thought I had been born with it) and it is hard to describe how much it has affected me over the years. I have never been able to enter a room or anywhere where there were balloons. Never been able to go to gatherings or even walk into a shop where I could see them. I would not even be able to talk about them. To me they seemed to be everywhere. 

But that was before I had my therapy session with you. I no longer feel that dread of wondering whether there will be balloons where I am going and having to explain to people about my phobia who find it hard to understand. It has definitely made my life so much easier and I will always be grateful to you for helping me to finally overcome this.  L.A.-Cornwall
